Conditions: Delivery made after payment of the membership and activation fee, and regularization of the service provision contract between Grupo Orion ITAO and the customer.
Diamond Plan (E-commerce Website):
Deadline: Up to 30 business days
Conditions: Delivery made after payment of the membership and activation fee, and regularization of the service provision contract between Grupo Orion ITAO and the customer.
2. Shipping Methods and Shipping Costs
All our website development and e-commerce services are delivered digitally, with no shipping costs. Access to the website will be provided directly to the client via secure links and appropriate login credentials.
3. Exchange and Return Policies

In case of dissatisfaction with the service provided, the customer has the right to request revisions or adjustments within 30 days after delivery of the website. Exchanges or full returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the terms established in the service provision contract.
